KWICK STRIKE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The warranty obligations of Kwick Strike, Inc. (“Kwick Strike”) for any product for sale by Kwick Strike are limited to the terms set forth below:
WHAT IS COVERED?
Kwick Strike warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of a new product from Kwick Strike that such product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of time that the Purchaser originally owns the product.
WHO IS COVERED?
Only the original Purchaser of this product is covered under this limited lifetime warranty. This limited lifetime warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
HOW THE WARRANTY WORKS.
Kwick Strike, in its sole discretion, will replace the product if the Purchaser submits a valid warranty claim in accordance with the instructions below. The Purchaser’s remedies under this warranty are limited to replacement of the product, NOT refund or credit. If Kwick Strike chooses to replace the product under the warranty, Kwick Strike will send Purchaser a new product upon receiving the defective product and will keep the product that it replaces.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
KWICK STRIKE is manufactured with only the highest grade materials and a meticulous quality control process. With that said, Kwick Strike does not warrant against defects resulting from:
- Failure to provide proper care and maintenance;
- Accidents, abuse, or misuse;
- Kwick Strikes have been designed to withstand significant abuse. However, we strongly recommend that you do not “dry fire” your Kwick Strike (i.e., without a firearm in place).
- Exposure to the elements such as rain or mud;
- Unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or modifications;
- Use of an after-market accessory that is not sold directly by Kwick Strike; or
- Normal wear and tear.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KWICK STRIKE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ADDITIONALLY, KWICK STRIKE EXCLUDES AND WILL NOT PAY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER THIS WARRANTY. INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE MEANS ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, OR OTHER DAMAGE THAT CANNOT BE REMEDIED BY EITHER REPAIRING ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT OR BY REPLACING THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Furthermore, no individual or entity other than Kwick Strike possesses the authority to alter the obligations, limitations, disclaimers, or exclusions under this warranty. Kwick Strike’s obligations under this warranty shall not apply to the extent that any law, regulation, or other governmental requirements prohibits the repair, replacement and, or, return of a product to the person who shipped the product to Kwick Strike.
In order to achieve eligibility under this warranty, Purchaser must provide the following information to Kwick Strike within thirty (30) days of purchase:
- Customer Information:
- Customer’s first and last name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
- Product Information:
- Date of Purchase
- Order Number
- Product Name
All registration information should be sent to customerservice@kwickstrike.com or 607 North 4th East, Hubbard, TX 76648, along with a copy of the original, dated receipt as proof of purchase from Kwick Strike.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM.
All warranty claims must be made directly to Kwick Strike, Inc. If this product is returned to Kwick Strike for warranty purposes, this product must be insured during shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by Purchaser. If this product is returned uninsured, Purchaser assumes all risks of loss or damage during shipment. Kwick Strike will not be responsible for any costs related to the removal or re-installation of this product.
To make a valid warranty claim, Purchaser, upon discovering a defect in material or workmanship in the product, shall contact Kwick Strike at:
