Kwick Strike Inc shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use of, or the inability to use the STRIKE. You shall determine the suitability of the STRIKE before intended use and you assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection in addition to that.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE STRIKE INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL OR ANY OTHER MANUALS OR DOCUMENTATION THAT ACCOMPANY THIS PRODUCT WILL RESULT IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINED HEARIN TO BECOME VOID. ADDITIONALLY, THE LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINED HEARIN WILL BECOME VOID IF YOU 1) SUBJECT THE STRIKE TO ANYTHING BEYOND ORDINARY AND INTENDED USE, 2) MODIFY, ALTER, OR DECONSTRUCT THE STRIKE, OR 3) USE THE STRIKE IN VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL RULES, LAWS, OR REGULATIONS.
