Refund and Returns Policy

At Kwick Strike, Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with refunds and returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Condition: Items must be in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them to be eligible for a return.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at customerservice@kwickstrike.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Shipping Costs: Kwick Strike, Inc. will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the cost of return for any defective product or if the product does not fit your vehicle.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, contact us for instructions on returning the original item and receiving a replacement. Exchanges are only processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, once the original unit is received back.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@kwickstrike.com.
